Lemon pepper chicken thighs
1 package of chicken thighs
Lemon pepper seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Coat the bottom of a large frying pan with olive oil and put on a medium heat. Sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning onto the chicken thighs and add salt and pepper. Place skin side down in the frying pan and repeat with the seasonings.
Turn after the skin is golden brown and do the same to the other side of the chicken. Place in a foil lined baking dish and bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes.
Easy Meatballs
2 pounds of ground beef
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of basil minced
1 tsp of oregano minced
1 tsp of chives minced
1 tsp of coriander minced
1 tsp of olive oil
? cup of breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
Mix all of the ingredients together and roll into small balls and fry in batches. Can be used in meatball subs, Swedish meatballs, or spaghetti.
