When I saw these treats I thought they were perfectly spooky for a child to be able to eat in front of the other children they wanted to impress,  How brave!

SPRAY wells of plastic ice cube trays or mini muffin pans with cooking spray, set aside. Add boiling water to combined gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into prepared ice cube trays or mini muffin pan cups.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

PLACE one blackberry “head” and one gelatin “body” on each skewer. Decorate with licorice and candy.

Substitute licorice gum drops for blackberries.



1 1/3 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Grape Flavor Gelatin
3 Tbsp. JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
16 wooden skewers or coffee stirrers
16 blackberries
128 pieces string licorice (1 1/2 inch long each)
8 red miniature candy-coated chocolate pieces; halved

    Debra, your mom was a genius! And who knew whpiped cream with grated carrots could be so good? Love it!Thanks Tammy and I totally get the texture issue. I didn’t add “stuff” to mine so it was more like a mousse without all the fat or the raw eggs whites. Made some room in my pantry and freezer without spending any money.
